Emanuel has been in the business for more than 16 years. The born entertainer started his career as the lead singer of Coverband The Tour. A band that is considered one of the best cover bands in the Netherlands. But Emanuel has also enjoyed great success as an artist abroad. From Europe to Asia, he is known for his energetic performances. For 8 years, he has also been one of the regular tastemakers in Val Thorens at the Folie Douce. So there is no shortage of experience! Highlights
Emanuel has had many successes in his career and has shared the stage with almost every major artist in the Netherlands. His most special memory is that he was asked to perform as support act for Golden Earring. He also gained national fame by participating in season 2 of The Voice of Holland. In it, he participated in live shows.
Music
In recent years, he also puts his versatility to good use by collaborating with different types of DJs. From Deep House, and Tech-House to R&B or hip-hop. With his vocal qualities, he gives every song a unique twist. But also on Dutch smartlappen, he makes the audience go completely wild every night.
Roots
Emanuel was 6 years old and lived in Ghana with his seven siblings. His mother commuted back and forth between Ghana and Amsterdam, often bringing music videos for him on the way back. Emanuel was immediately sold when he first saw Michael Jackson and wanted to become an entertainer from then on.
Through trial and error, Emanuel perfected his songs with accompanying dance moves that he performed at Ghanaian parties…and with great success! So big, in fact, that his mother hired a Michael Jackson suit for him. This allowed the born entertainer to grow into an artist of great stature.
